Taito 's plush brand Doqute revealed giant plush dolls of Madoka Kaname and Homura Akemi from Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie: Walpurgisnacht: Rising on August 28.
The plushes both stand (or sit?) over 100 centimeters (about 40 inches) tall and are available for pre-order until October 13 through the online Taito Goods store for 66,000 yen (about US$410) each. They will ship next March.
Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie: Walpurgisnacht: Rising opened on August 28 in Japan as the sequel to Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie Part 3: Rebellion . Prior to its release, the film's staff asked fans to refrain from posting spoilers of the film until September 12. The film also collaborated with the Monogatari Series for a series of crossover shorts on August 27. The shorts debuted over the opening weekend of Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie: Walpurgisnacht: Rising .
