Nintendo announced during the Nintendo Direct livestream on Wednesday that it and Koei Tecmo 's Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity game will get a Definitive Edition. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Definitive Edition will launch for Nintendo Switch 2 on February 25:
The Definitive Edition will feature improved visuals and frame rate. The game will include all content from the original game's Expansion Pass. Players who own the Nintendo Switch version can get a discount on the Definitive Edition and can transfer their save data.
Nintendo and Koei Tecmo released the original game for Switch in November 2020. The game is a prequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild set 100 years earlier.
