Fukakōryoku no I Love You Manga Goes on Hiatus Due to Creator's Health

Manga creator Mizuki Hoshino announced on Friday that their Fukakōryoku no I Love You (I Love You by Force Majeure) manga will go on hiatus due to their poor health. Hoshino added that they will announce the manga's return at a later date.

The manga centers on first-year high school student Sena Kodama who tries to suppress her feelings for the school heartthrob and her senior Wataya, but always ends up getting swept away by his charms. Sena wants to get over her feelings, but somehow ends up having a "try-out date" with Wataya.

Hoshino launched the manga in Shueisha 's Margaret magazine in August 2023. Shueisha published the manga's first compiled book volume in November 2023, and the ninth volume on June 25.

Hoshino launched the Tiger & Dragon series in Shueisha 's Bessatsu Margaret magazine in February 2022. Shueisha shipped the fourth and final compiled book volume in April 2023. Seven Seas released all four volumes of the manga in English.
